Job Posting: Heavy Equipment Service Technician

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspection, maintenance, trouble shooting, overhaul and repairs of various systems and components of customer Bobcat equipment.
  • Perform setup and pre-delivery of new equipment.
  • Requisition of parts and materials as required.
  • Complete detailed, clear and efficient work orders in a timely manner.
  • Maintain order, cleanliness, work output and safe working conditions in shop
  • Requirement to work on customer equipment at jobsites and other locations from time to time.

Education and Skills/Knowledge Required:
  • Minimum of 10 years of industry experience, with 5 years of field experience preferred
  • Valid Ontario Driver’s license
  • Heavy lifting required
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Good problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot equipment
  • Safety conscious and excellent team player
  • Desire for excellent customer service
  • Red Seal Licensed journeyman required and previous Bobcat experience would be considered an asset
